   The Cottage House Inn is an entirely smoke free building. Smoking is only permitted outside on our decks.

   Occupancy Policy: All rates are based on 1 to 2 adults per room. $25.00 for each additional person 16 years of age and older. (Limit 4 people per room) Children are welcome. Up to 2 children age 15 and under may stay free when accompanied by an adult.

   Credit card holds reservation. We accept credit & debit cards, cash and checks.
     
•
   If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours in advance of your reservation, a $25.00 fee will be charged.

   No pets please.

   Bicycle storage and offstreet parking available.
