   The Cottage House Inn is an entirely smoke free building. Smoking is only permitted outside on our decks.

   Occupancy Policy: All rates are based on 1 to 2 adults per room. $10.00 for each additional person over age 12. (Limit 4 people per room) Children are welcome. Up to 2 children age 12 and under may stay free when accompanied by an adult.

   Credit card holds reservation. We accept credit & debit cards, cash and checks.

   If cancellation occurs less than 7 days in advance of your reservation a $15.00 fee will be charged. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours in advance of your reservation then 1/2 the room rate will be charged.

   No pets please.

   Bicycle storage and offstreet parking available.

   Gift Certificates are available.

   Groups Welcome: When you are looking for a great place to host a gathering of friends, relatives, or co-workers please contact our manager, Lynn. She will answer your questions, and help you plan for any special arrangements that your group may have. Book all 14 rooms under one group and each room receives a 10% per night discount, plus free use of our meeting room. The meeting room can seat up to 30 people.
