Conveniently located on Parkway Avenue, you will find our location has easy access to the Root River State Trail and is within walking distance to the Commonweal Theatre Company, multiple restaurants and bars, retail shops, the city park, and the Root River!

Open most of the year, the family and group-friendly Cottage House Inn has 13 standard hotel rooms and two apartment suites. Our public spaces include our coffee room where coffee and tea are served all day, our inviting lobby and our meeting room with the capacity to seat 36+ people. Happy Halloween from Lanesboro! A year ago, we had about 5" of wet, heavy snow which caused school to be cancelled and left everyone guessing how should we trick-or-treat? Too many of us had blocked the memories of Halloween 1991 or other past wintery Halloweens, so we were in a panic. But, kids got to trick-or-treat on October 31 and November 1 - they were happy!...
