Established in 1993, our casual hotel is family-built, owned and operated.  Conveniently located on Parkway Avenue, you will find our location has easy access to the Root River State Trail and is within walking distance to the Commonweal Theatre Company, multiple restaurants and bars, retail shops, the city park, and the Root River!

Open most of the year, the family and group-friendly Cottage House Inn has 13 standard hotel rooms and two apartment suites.
